BOOKING CONDITIONS
THE PRICES INCLUDE
Accommodation; all amenities charges including electricity, water and rates.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
The keys are collected and returned to reception, unless other arrangements have been made. The access to the house will be before 15.00 (depending on departing guests). Clients will be requested to vacate before 10.00 hours on the day of departure.
RIGHTS RESERVED
The management at Vila Castelo lda reserves the right to terminate any booking if the clients are considered to be a risk to the property and its contents or a threat or nuisance to other guests or residents.
HOUSEKEEPING
As stated in the brochure, maid service is provided twice weekly, this includes fresh towels and bed linen. Pool and beach towels are not provided, however available to rent or purchase from reception/pool bar.
DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
Upon arrival clients will be required to provide a “breakage deposit”. This will be the form of a signed credit card voucher. Any damage caused by the clients, or any third party invited by them to the accommodation, shall be the joint and solely liability of the clients. This shall include the cost of replacement and/or reinstatement.
OCCUPANCY
The total number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
CONFIRMATIONS
Once we have received your signed booking form or your e-Mail confirmation, we shall send the CONFIRMATION in writing.
PAYMENT METHODS

Paypal- (Recomended)online payment system, this payment system is also safe and effective.
ALTERATIONS
All alterations should be made in writting. All efforts will be made to accommodate any of your required alterations, without guarantees.
CANCELATIONS
All cancelations should be made in writing to Vila Castelo and will result in costs as follows: If within 30 days of clients arrival there will be no costs. Between 20 and 29 days prior to arrival a 10% is deducted out of the total reservation. Between 10 to 19 days 25% is charged of the total reservation; between 0 and 9 days prior to arrival a 50% charge is made. No show is 50% of the total Reservations too.
INSURANCE
Clients must hold their own travel insurance. All properties are insured against fire and other usual insurable risks but it does not include guest’s personal belonging.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be lodged in writing and filed at reception. We shall endour to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
